Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Nimraya account and associated personal data at any time from inside the app. There is no separate public URL for deletion – the process is started from your profile settings.
How to delete your account
- Log in to your Nimraya account.
- Open the Profile page ( from the main navigation).
- In the Profile page, go to the Settings section ( by clicking the settings tab or the gear icon).
- In Settings, click the “Delete my account” button. A confirmation window (modal) will open and explain what will be deleted.
- Read the information carefully, confirm with your email address and the confirmation checkbox, and then click “Yes, delete my account”.
After confirming, your account will be deleted and you will see a final confirmation screen informing you that your account has been removed.
What is deleted
- Your Nimraya account and login credentials.
- Dream history, comments and other content linked to your account.
- Unused credits associated with your account.
- Personal information stored in relation to your account, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance).

If you are unable to access your account or have any questions about data deletion, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please contact us from the email address associated with your Nimraya account and clearly state that you want your account deleted. We will process your request within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
